It’s okay if you aren’t always “optimizing your life” or “following your bliss.” Some days or seasons of our life are just not like that. They are more about survival and getting through. Sometimes it is because of responsibilities or goals. Sometimes it is because life has handed us something really hard or horrible. In these moments, please be gentle with yourself. Breath through the hard stuff the best you can. Take it one little step at a time. Reach out to your people (the ones where you can show up exactly as you are and they will just show you love in whatever way you need it). Don’t be afraid to ask for and accept help.
